We are currently at capacity. Those seeking new membership, or prior members seeking to reactivate a dormant membership (inactive for > 2 years), should add their name to the wait list here. We also require that waitlistees pay a $50 non-refundable Wait List Fee to join our Wait List and submit an Application Form. Your Wait List Fee will be credited towards your Initiation Fee when you join the pool. To pay your Wait List Fee by check, mail or bring your check, payable to “MWRA”, and completed application to the pool : Mosby Woods Recreation Assn, Attn: Membership, 3136 Plantation Pkwy, Fairfax, VA 22030. To pay your Wait List Fee by credit/debit card access our on-line store here: ON-LINE STORE, and scan and send your completed application form to email@example.com. After we have processed payments/cancellations from our current members we will determine if/how many memberships we have available and offer them to waitlisted families, in order. Membership personnel will contact you when an opening becomes available.
Pool dues for returning members are due by April 1. A $50 late fee will be assessed on payments received after Apr 1. Renewing members must pay by Apr 15 to secure membership for the upcoming season, after that they must place their name on the Wait List.
New members may join at any time in the season when memberships are available. Renewal Forms are sent in February via email attachment unless you have “opted in” to a paper copy. If you have misplaced your Renewal Form, contact Membership for another one. If you would like to cancel your membership, please take a moment to complete the MWRA Deferral/Cancellation Form to apprise us of your plans/tell us about your experience at Mosby Woods Pool. Changes to your membership can be communicated via the Renewal Form or by contacting Membership. Please be sure the contact information, especially email addresses, are correct and update them if necessary.
Members in good standing can opt to defer their membership for up to 3 seasons by completing the MWRA Deferral/Cancellation Form by Apr 1st and paying the $30/season Deferral Fee. See paragraph below for payment instructions.

Membership payments can be made by check made out to Mosby Woods Recreation Association (MWRA) or credit/debit card (3% processing fee). Checks should be mailed or dropped in the locked mailbox at: MWRA Inc. Attn: Membership; 3136 Plantation Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22030. Please do not staple your check to the Membership Form. To pay by credit/debit card, follow the link to the On-line Store provided on your renewal email or come to the pool on designated payment days the last week of March so we can swipe your card. If you will be utilizing on-line banking, please make sure your payment includes your household ID# (from your renewal form) so that we may identify your payment.
Mosby Woods Pool Dues and Membership Fees (PDF)
Pool dues are based on the number of family members in your household who will be using the pool, according to the following schedule:

In addition to annual dues, new members pay a one-time Initiation Fee payable in equal installments over 3 years. Alternatively, new members may elect to pay the entire Initiation Fee in the first year of membership at a discounted rate. This payment is non-refundable and the membership is non-transferable.

Guest passes purchased, in advance, through Membership, are $4.00/each. These pre-ordered Guest Passes are available in books of 10 for $40; they are not sold individually. Guest Passes purchased at-the-door from lifeguards are $5/each.
